Kundalini Yoga for Beginners & Beyond

While I stayied at Parmath Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh a few years back I had the opportunity to be in a daily Kundalini class. I've done yoga for quite a while but never did Kundalini. I was so full of energy after my first class I literally ran 2km down to Laxman Jula and back again in under half an hour. Not an easy feat considering all the crap on the roads. This file is in iso. format which you can burn as a DVD or simply play as is on VLC player.
